About
HANARART is an art festival emerged from Nara, the oldest capital of Japan. The festival has been held every year since 2010 with the aim of preserving and revitalizing local resources, like beautiful streetscapes and traditional Japanese houses. 35 abandoned houses have been revived as shops and housing settled happily in each local area.
